South of Krün lies the small bathing paradise Grubsee, framed by trees and offering views of the Zugspitze massif, nestled between Barmsee and Klais. Grubsee is the ideal lake for the whole family, featuring spacious lawns, a kiosk, changing rooms, and a fantastic slide.

A visit can easily be combined with a hike or a leisurely walk. By car, the family-friendly bathing lake is accessible with a short walk through the Krün district of Barmsee.
The bathing facility, including the kiosk, slide, and boat rental, is open from June, weather permitting, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
