In our spacious garden you can enjoy a barbecue hut, sun loungers or a beach basket, where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Karwendel mountains.

For our sportsfriends, your bicycles and skis in the designated lockable room are best preserved.

Bad weather?

In our house no problem. After a table tennis match or a sporting lap on the ergometer you will find relaxation in our wellness area.

Whether you are looking for a Finnish sauna, infrared sauna or just a cup of tea, you can relax in the small kitchen.

Your accommodation is situated in a quiet location in the south of Mittenwald. In the vicinity you will find the top restaurant "Gunglstubn" and the excellent pizzeria "Locanda". The historic center, the center of the violin-making and the Lüftlmalerei, is just a 5-minute walk away.

This is an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling and many other activities.
