Alpenkönig, Zauberwald, and Hüttenzauber for a stay with your family! Each apartment has its own character and offers the opportunity to fully enjoy the impressive alpine landscape.
To the right in the entrance, you will find the Apartment Alpenkönig. Turn the massive key in the lock. Step through the rustic wooden door!
In the spacious living area, there are several rarities, from the panoramic window to the 150-year-old farm cupboard, combined with a 42-inch TV with soundbar and a sound system.
The balcony is accessible directly from the living room. Your view captures the grazing sheep on the hillside and the mountains of Mittenwald.
The kitchen invites you to cook with high-quality electrical appliances and an induction stove! Right next to it is the dining table with a corner bench.
The bedroom is equipped with two combined beds measuring 90x190cm and a large built-in wardrobe.
The bathroom is modernly designed. It features a shower, a toilet, a bidet, and two sinks, complemented by a hidden washing machine and a dryer.
To the left in the entrance, you will find the Apartment Hüttenzauber.
In the living area, there are several rarities, from the panoramic window to the farmhouse cupboard from 1837 and the access to an absolute highlight - the sleeping areas!
The first bedroom is equipped with two built-in single beds measuring 80x200cm, just like in the alpine pastures. In the second bedroom, there is a single bed of the same size. The processed Swiss pine wood ensures deep sleep!
The balcony is also accessible directly from the living room.
The compact kitchen is equipped with all necessary electrical appliances. Right next to it is the dining table with a bench and chairs.
The bathroom is practically designed with a shower, a toilet, a bidet, and a sink.
Please note: The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms in the Apartment Hüttenzauber have limited height due to the sloping roof!

In the bedroom, you can relax on the 180x200 cm box spring bed. In the large wardrobe, you can store your luggage. Start your day with a refreshing shower. Your first glance of the day sweeps through the huge panoramic window in the living room onto the surrounding mountains.
The real special feature in the living room is hidden in a wall panel. A real cupboard bed. Fold it out. And the magic has happened - space for all four of you!
Your car parks during your stay in a private parking space directly in front of the holiday home “Zauberberg”. A separate garage is available for the Apartment Alpenkönig and the Apartment Zauberwald.
Please note that after booking, the locally payable tourist tax will be calculated and charged separately!
