Karwendelbahn lift Mittenwald

There is a lot to be seen at the summit station of the Karwendel lift. From 2244 meters above sea level, you can enjoy the view down the Isar Valley to the violin making place of Mittenwald , towards Krün and Wallgau , of the Zugpsitze with the Wetterstein mountains, to the foothills of the Alps and of small mountain lakes. Behind the walkable, oversized telescope live, strictly protected, alpine snow grouses in the Karwendelgrube (Karwendel Hollow).
