Corpus Christi is a traditional Catholic feast day, which is celebrated with a mass at 8.00 am. After the service, a procession takes place through the center of Mittenwald, in which the local associations, the band, the church choir and the inhabitants with their colorful festive costumes take part. on the occasion of this festival, the streets and houses are decorated with shrubs, beech trees and birch trees.
