Tillfussalm

Brief description / hut character

Our rustic Tillfussalm is located in the picturesque Gaistal valley, nestled between the Mieminger Kette in the south and the Wetterstein mountains in the north, at an altitude of 1,382 meters. The Alm is easy to reach for young and old, whether on foot, with a baby carriage or by bike. After the ascent, we are happy to spoil you with homemade, traditional Tyrolean specialties from the region. For the little ones, there is a playground on the alpine pasture grounds to keep them from getting bored. Overnight accommodation is available if booked in advance (dormitory with a maximum of 9 places).

From Leutasch, the trail starts at the Salzbach parking lot. After about 200 meters and a short climb, a comfortable, traffic-free and dust-free path leads below the Hämmermoosalm along the Leutascher Ache to the Tillfussalm, which is located below the “Hubertus” hunting lodge.
