The Kranzberg panorama round for hikers

Tour description

The hike on the Panorama Loop on the Kranzberg begins at the Gröblalm lodge and first leads past "Schafstadl" on the hiking trail to the Wildensee restaurant, the first opportunity to stop for refreshment. A short distance beyond the restaurant, a narrow but easy hiking trail branches off and leads to the summit of Hoher Kranzberg (1,391 m) via the northern side. The descent proceeds down the southern side of the Kranzberg to Ferchensee lake, one of the most popular swimming lakes in the region. Back in the direction of Mittenwald, you will soon reach the lower lying Lautersee lake, where the final climb to the St. Anton alpine tavern begins. Hiking down to the cozy Korbinianhütte alpine tavern at 1,200 meters, you will reach the forest road again, which leads to the starting point of the tour at the Gröblalm lodge.
