The house consists of the main part for 6 people with a spacious, friendly furnished living room with a sunny dining bay and a tiled stove; fully equipped kitchen, three spacious to spacious bedrooms, a large bathroom with bathtub, shower/toilet, bidet and two shower rooms with toilet, guest toilet. In addition, there is plenty of space for wardrobe and holiday equipment etc. in the anteroom, hallway and basement. In the basement there is also the sauna facility and a recreation room. Not to forget the gallery under the roof. The cozy maisonette apartment (45m²) for 2 people with bedroom, bathroom, living-dining room, kitchenette in the entrance hall, guest toilet and private balcony is on the 1st floor with a separate outside entrance. The house is located in the quiet district of Bärnbichl, hiking trails and cross-country ski runs are within walking distance behind the house. A café can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, the Barmsee bathing lake in 10 minutes by bike.
