Kreuzeckbahn

The Kreuzeckbahn takes you from Garmisch-Partenkirchen (760 m) to the Kreuzeck (1651 m) and belongs to the Bayerische Zugspitzbahn Bergbahn AG. The railway opens up the entire Kreuzeck area as an alpine starting point to the Alpspitze and to the Höllental, but especially the "Classic" ski area with the Kandahar and Olympia ski runs.

On arrival at the top, either continue with the Hochalmbahn to the Osterfelder or walk along the family-friendly Genuss-Erlebnisweg to the Alpspitzbahn mountain station.
