The "Kresenzerhof" with indoor swimming pool, sauna, and infrared cabin - consisting of 2 buildings - is a well-maintained residential complex in a central location.
The indoor pool with sauna and infrared cabin, elevator (building No. 5) garden, terraces, or balconies with furniture. Parking space as well as WLAN is available. Additionally, there is a washing machine/dryer, a bicycle shed, and a ski room in the complex.
Please note that construction work is expected to take place on a neighboring property until the end of 2025, which may occasionally cause disturbances due to construction noise.
Announcement: From 06.10.25 until the end of October 25, the heating system will be replaced in the object. Unfortunately, the swimming pool cannot be operated during this time. The hot water and heat supply of the apartments is ensured by an external heating system.
