The “Kresenzerhof” with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and infrared cabin - consisting of 2 buildings - is a well-maintained residential complex located near the center.
The indoor pool with sauna and infrared cabin, elevator (only in building No. 5), garden, terraces or balconies with furniture. Parking space as well as Wi-Fi are available. Additionally, there are a washing machine/dryer, a bicycle shed, and a ski storage room in the complex.
Please note that construction work is expected to take place on a neighboring property until the end of 2025, which may occasionally cause disturbances from construction noise.
Announcement: From 06.10.25 until the end of October 25, the heating system will be replaced in the object. Unfortunately, the swimming pool cannot be operated during this time. The hot water and heat supply of the apartments is ensured by an external heating system.
