The lovingly furnished holiday apartment features an open living/dining area with a cozy dining corner, a comfortable sofa and TV, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A separate bedroom with a double bed, as well as another bedroom with a pull-out bed, ideal for children or 1-2 adults. The modern bathroom is equipped with a large shower, sink, and toilet. The private sauna invites you to relax. The apartment has an east-facing balcony with views of the Karwendel and a large west-facing balcony with a magnificent view of Kranzberg and Wetterstein.

Our house is located in an absolutely quiet area at the foot of the Karwendel, about a 10-minute walk to the center. An ideal starting point for hikes.
