Hike from Krün to Geroldsee

Tour description

The starting point is the centre of Krün, accessible via the bus stop of the same name. From there, turn directly into Krottenkopfstraße (if you arrive by car, there is a hikers' car park here) and follow the signs in the direction of Barmsee, until you reach the hiking trail, which continues across meadows to the northern shore of Barmsee . Here you can take a short break with a gorgeous view of the Karwendelgebirge . Continue on a comfortable walk along the lake shore following the signs in the direction of Geroldsee. The trail leads through a moist meadow, a steeply ascending forest and on through colourful flowering meadows to Geroldsee. Here you can enjoy bathing fun with the whole family in glorious nature.
