The apartment, renovated in 2022, is located on the 2nd floor and features a spacious living kitchen with a large couch and dining area for 4 people, along with a quiet balcony with seating and a hanging chair.

The apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, as well as another room with two separate beds (90 x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower/WC.

The centrally located house in Wallgau is an optimal starting point for all nearby hikes and cross-country ski trails. The two bus stops Rathaus and Alpenhof are within a few minutes' walk, and the use of all regional as well as hiking buses is included in your spa contribution.
Excellent restaurants, the village center, the golf course, and the tourist information are also within walking distance.

The holiday apartment includes a free parking space in the carport, and you can store your bicycles in our bike shed.

In the holiday apartment, we always provide up-to-date brochures of the Alpine World for cycling, mountain tours, as well as guided tours from our tourist information.
