Our three comfortable and neat holiday apartments for 1 to 4 and 1 to 6 people, two of them with south-facing balcony, one of them with east-facing balcony and mountain view, are the perfect destination for your relaxing holiday amidst the beautiful mountain scenery.

The house is the perfect basis for various tours, no difference whether mountaineering, hiking, skiing and cycling around the Karwendel and Wetterstein mountains.

Two wonderfully located bathing lakes lie within a distance of 1 and 1.5 km and are very refreshing during the summer months.

In winter, there are wonderful cross-country skiing tracks where even the world champions practise. The next access to a skiing track is only 200 metres from the house.

Alpine skiers will love the family skiing area Kranzberg-Luttensee. The ski bus takes you there and back again right from the house.
