The location of our house, quiet, very sunny and yet central. You reach the new Village Store, the Busstop and Doctor and Pharmacy in a few minutes, as well as the Tenniscourt, Minigolf, the Playground and Hikingtrails. In Winter the XC-Course is reachable within two minutes. You have a fascinating panoramic view from all our balconys on the impressive Karwendel-Wetterstein Mountains, Zugspitz and the first mountains of Tyrol. Parkingspace in front of the House as well as a Lockable Space for Bikes or Skies. We also have free Wi-Fi in our house for all our guests.
