Activities for Every Season

No matter what season you spend your vacation with us – leisure opportunities are virtually limitless and start right at your doorstep. Whether in summer or winter, our house is the perfect starting point for numerous activities. Hikers, cyclists, swimmers, and golfers will find everything they desire nearby. In winter, there are also countless options: cross-country ski trails start practically at the door, while the nearby ski resorts (only about 15 minutes by car) offer fantastic conditions for skiers and snowboarders. Sledding fun is also guaranteed!

Excursion Destinations and Culture

If the weather doesn’t cooperate or you’re in the mood for an outing, you can quickly reach fascinating highlights from our house. The Partnach Gorge in Garmisch-Partenkirchen invites you to explore, as do the impressive castles of King Ludwig II – Linderhof, Neuschwanstein, and Herrenchiemsee. A city trip is also worthwhile: stroll through the charming pedestrian zone of Garmisch-Partenkirchen (only about 15 minutes by car) or explore the historic Innsbruck with its famous Golden Roof (about 45 minutes away).
