The "Kresenzerhof" with indoor swimming pool and sauna, infrared cabin - consisting of 2 buildings - is a well-kept residential complex in a near city center location.
The indoor pool with sauna and infrared cabin, lift (house no. 5) Garden, terraces or balconies with furniture. PkW pitch and Wi-Fi is available. There is also a washer/dryer, a bicycle shed and a ski storage room in the complex.
Please note that construction work is expected to be carried out on a neighbouring property by the end of 2025, which may lead to adverse effects due to construction noise.
Announcement: From 06.10.25 until the end of October 25, the heating system will be replaced in the object. Unfortunately, the swimming pool cannot be operated during this time. The hot water and heat supply of the apartments is ensured by an external heating system.
