You have a fantastic panoramic view of Wetterstein and Kranzberg from the dining area and the terrace. There is a colour TV with cable connection in the flat. A DVD player and a connected memory card reader on the television are available for viewing your digital photos

The small stereo system with cassette recorder and CD player has excellent sound with its four loudspeakers. The living room and bedroom can be sounded together or separately. For days when you prefer to stay in the flat, we have various board games and books (also for children). 

Telephone (within Germany) and W-Lan are free of charge.

The separate kitchen has an induction ceramic hob with 4 hotplates and an oven.  You can also use all the necessary electrical appliances, such as filter coffeemachine, a hot water maker, bread slicer, toaster and egg cooker.

There is a coin-operated washing machine and a drying room in the basement.  The underground car park is particularly appreciated in winter when it snows.

The nearest supermarket with fresh bread rolls is approx. 300 metres away.
