This dream vacation apartment was built in 2023 and is located on the upper floor in the heart of Mittenwald. It was classified with 5 stars in May 2024. Spanning 110 square meters, it offers everything the vacationer's heart desires: two bedrooms with elevated, open beds at the foot end for both young and old, two spacious new bathrooms with level access showers, a large living area, a fully equipped, high-quality kitchen with Gaggenau appliances, and of course the stunning, furnished rooftop terrace with a view over all of Mittenwald up to Kranzberg.

For your car, we have a dedicated parking space in the underground garage with a wall box for electric cars. If you prefer to arrive by train, no problem; it's only a 7-8 minute walk from the Mittenwald train station directly to the house.
Additionally, the apartment includes a room for storing e-bikes (with charging connections), ski equipment, and similar items.
Check-in is very straightforward and simple via a key box, allowing you to arrive independently of us, even later if you wish.
