Your holiday home is located in the immediate vicinity of the Isar and the Kranzberg hiking area, an ideal starting point for your mountain biking, cycling, hiking and mountain tours in and around Mittenwald all year round. The valley station of the Karwendelbahn is about 20 minutes away on foot. In winter, experienced skiers/snowboarders can enjoy the Dammkar with its 6 km long freeride descent.

The local family ski area at the Luttensee, the cross-country ski trails in the Ried can be reached quickly by car or free ski bus (stop on our doorstep). The artificial ice stadium on the Isar meadows can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes.
The historic center with its pedestrian zone and parish church can be easily reached in 10 minutes on foot.
An RVO bus stop is right outside the front door!
You can easily do your shopping on foot at the butcher or penny around the corner
