Preserving the old and harmoniously combining it with the new – this is the motto that underlies the design of our holiday apartment. Tradition and comfort are the combination for an unforgettable vacation.

Until your vacation, the accommodation will be available with all comforts; only the outdoor facilities are not yet established.

Our holiday apartment can be booked with 1 or 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms. In the spacious living room, there is a children’s sleeping area for 2 kids - two single beds that are hidden behind a little door. Depending on availability, the 2nd double room can also be booked individually.

Living with us on the farm are cattle that spend summer on the alpine pasture, goats, and chickens.

On request, we will prepare breakfast for you with many homegrown and regional products. We will place it in a lovingly filled basket at your door - to enjoy in a cozy and relaxed atmosphere.

Holiday apartment "Hoamatzeit" 61 m² or 95 m² 1-2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms (max. 4 adults and 3 children):

• Exclusive attic apartment on the entire 2nd floor with its own entrance
• 1 to 2 bedrooms with double bed and smart TV.
• Each bedroom with its own bathroom with level access shower with rain shower and hand shower, WC.
• Children's sleeping area (2 single beds) integrated into the living room
• Infrared cabin
• Large living and dining room with couch and smart TV
• Corner bench with dining table
• High-quality fully equipped kitchen with a counter connected to the living area, including a Bora cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and washer/dryer
• 2 furnished balconies, south and west with mountain views.
• Free Wi-Fi
• Breakfast on request in the breakfast basket to enjoy in the apartment

For 2 full-paying guests, the apartment is available with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom.

From 3 full-paying guests, the apartment is available with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Children up to 2 years stay for free! Fixed price of 15 euros for children when accommodated in the children's sleeping area.

Depending on availability, the 2nd double room "Zeitlang" can also be booked individually.
