Living with us on the estate are cattle that spend the summer in the alpine pastures, goats, and chickens.

Until your vacation, the accommodation will be available with all comforts, only the outdoor facilities are not established.

Important note about our room layout:

To offer you maximum flexibility, our cozy holiday apartment can be booked variably. There is only one large holiday apartment in the 2nd floor, which is available in different sizes.
You can reserve this unit in three variants:

• As a holiday apartment "XL-Hoamatzeit" 95 m²: The complete 2nd floor for up to 6 persons - ideal for families! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living area with two consecutively arranged sleeping niches (ideal for children - normal bed size)
• As a small holiday apartment "Hoamatzeit" 61 m²: Perfect for up to 4 persons - 1 bedroom with bathroom, living area with
  two consecutively arranged sleeping niches (ideal for children - normal bed size).
• As a separate double room "Zeitlang": A cozy guest room with bathroom (without kitchen, only bookable if the small apartment is already occupied).
