In the bedroom, you can relax on the 180x200 cm large box spring bed. You can store your luggage in the large wardrobe. Start your day with a refreshing shower. Your first view of the day sweeps through the huge panoramic window in the living room onto the surrounding mountains.

The real special feature in the living room hides in a wall panel. A real fold-down bed. Fold it out. And just like that, the magic happens - space for all four of you!

In the entrance, to your right, you'll find the Alpenkönig Apartment. Turn the massive key in the lock. Step through the rustic wooden door!

In the spacious living area, you'll find some rare treasures, from the panoramic window to the 150-year-old farmer's cupboard, combined with a 42-inch TV with soundbar and a sound system.

The balcony is directly accessible from the living area. Your gaze captures the grazing sheep on the slope and the mountains of Mittenwald.

The kitchen invites you to cook with high-quality appliances and an induction stove! Right next to it is also the dining table with a corner bench.

The bedroom is equipped with two combined beds 90x190 cm and a large built-in wardrobe.

The bathroom is modernly designed, featuring a shower, a toilet, a bidet, and two sinks, complemented by a hidden washing machine and dryer.

In the entrance, to your left, you'll find the Cabin Magic Apartment.

The living area features some rare treasures, from the panoramic window to a farmer's cupboard from 1837 and access to the absolute highlight - the sleeping areas!

The first bedroom is - just like on the alpine pastures - equipped with two built-in single beds 80x200 cm. The second bedroom has a single bed of the same size. The processed larch wood ensures a deep sleep!

The balcony is also directly accessible from the living area.

The compact kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. Right next to it is also the dining table with bench and chairs.

The bathroom is practically designed, featuring a shower, a toilet, a bidet, and a sink.

Please note: The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms in the Cabin Magic Apartment have limited height due to the sloping roof!

Your car parks during your stay in a private parking space right in front of the holiday home "Magic Mountain". A private garage is available for the Alpenkönig Apartment and the Magic Forest Apartment.
