









The approximately 90 m² holiday apartment "Zur großen Linde" is centrally located in the "Rogalli" building at the end of a quiet access road. The house dates back to the 1950s and has recently been thoroughly yet gently renovated to retain its personal character alongside technical modernization. As a result, the comfortable ground floor apartment combines family charm and tradition with sustainable renewal and state-of-the-art technology. You can expect a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, a ground-level bathroom with a large shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet. The living and sleeping areas are connected via a wide passage and are well-equipped. A curtain allows for simple separation of the areas, and the sofa can be easily converted into a comfortable guest bed, providing a total of four sleeping places.
The south-facing winter garden captures the sun, and the hallway offers space for your outdoor equipment if needed.
