Tour description

The "Sportliche" ski trail from Klais to Kaltenbrunn is a route for athletic cross-country skiers. The loop course begins behind the Klais train station. Groomed for skating and classic, the trail starts off easy but becomes very challenging with several climbs (connection trail to trail to Gerold). The shorter loop course in Klais is more preferred by beginners.
In Kaltenbrunn, there is a 5 km loop course (classic or skating) where the biathlon pros ski, or you can demonstrate your shooting training at the guest Biathlon.
