HOLIDAY HOME WITH SAUNA & QUALITY GARANTEE //
Our spacious house Bergrausch with a modern wellness area, was built in the typical Werdenfelser style and renovated and modernized a few years ago.
It is located in a quiet location on the edge of the forest and has apartments in exclusive design that combine tradition and modernity. You start here optimally to your vacation activities, in summer as well as in winter and enjoy the view of the mountains from the surrounding balcony.
In the basement there is a laundry room and a spacious wellness area with sauna for free use and a cozy basement bar.
As a starting point for hikes, bike and motorcycle tours and of course for skiing, our house is ideally suited.
All prices include bed linen and towels, as well as final cleaning and sauna use.
Modern, traditional & group friendly
All rooms are located on the 1st floor and have access to a large balcony. In the basement there is a common room in Bavarian style with bar, refrigerator and coffee machine for common meals, games and celebrations for rent. You will also find a spacious wellness area with sauna and showers for free use, as well as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Experience tips
In winter, you enter the large cross-country skiing and skating trail network, without additional charge, close to the house.
For the lovers of alpine downhill skiing, there are numerous possibilities in the surrounding area (next about 10 minutes by car in Mittenwald) also reachable by ski bus.
Larger and smaller bathing lakes and swimming pools provide cooling in the summer and invite you to linger.
Mountain bike, mountain and hiking tours start directly from the house or take the free hiking bus to the starting point.
